Ember & Oat

Neighbourhood cafe & bakery

Slow mornings, good coffee.

Sourdough baked before sunrise, pastries still warm from the oven, and coffee made with care. Pull up a chair and stay a while.

Our story

A small kitchen with a big oven

Ember & Oat started with one idea: a local spot where the bread is real, the coffee is good and nobody rushes you out the door.

We bake through the night so the shelves are full when we open. We buy from nearby growers where we can, and what we don't sell goes to a local food rescue at the end of the day.

This is where a real business tells its own story: who you are, why you started, and what makes you different.
